This 6-week, cohort program is made up of Quality foundational topics. The courses are experiential with on-the-job application. Pre-reads, case studies and scenarios are included each week, as well as the reflection of how the learning can be applied in the daily work .

The diploma forms the conclusion of a demanding further education. The holders of the federal diploma have the necessary skills and knowledge to take on technically demanding tasks in their profession in the natural sciences/technical field and also to take on training and managerial tasks in the laboratory or production area. The diploma can also serve as a basis for further professional development in various directions.
