My skills
In my career, I have been able to learn many traits and constantly develop myself. If I had to rank my three strongest skills, I would highlight "Leadership", "Quality Mindset" and "Questioning the Status Quo".
Leadership
I possess the ability to remain calm during critical situations, identify priorities, and provide my team with clear direction. This allows me to effectively lead my team through challenging and ambiguous situations and ensure that we achieve our goals.
I had the chance during my career to proove this several time (e.g. persistent bioburden contamination in our plant, leading the departement trough de COVID-19 pandemic, etc. )
Quality Mindset
Quality is of the utmost importance to me. As a leader, it is my responsibility to ensure that my teams and employees always meet the highest standards. I proactively work to avoid deviations from quality and promote a culture of quality within my team.
I was able to participate in the Quality Development Program, an internal training program, designed for future talents and managers. I learned a lot about regulatory requirements, quality risk management and many other aspects of quality. Combined with my many years of professional and inspection experience, this forms a profound basis for my work.
Challenging status quo
I am someone who enjoys questioning things and processes and is always looking to make improvements. I believe that there is always room for growth and progress, and that we should continuously strive to improve ourselves in order to strive for better.
